Unifed Expectorant Syrup is a triple-action formula combining an antihistamine, a decongestant, and an expectorant to relieve symptoms of cold, flu, and allergies. It helps ease productive cough, clear nasal passages, and reduce mucus buildup, providing effective relief for both adults and children.

• Active Ingredients (per 5ml):

  • Triprolidine Hydrochloride 1.25 mg – Antihistamine

  • Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride 30 mg – Nasal decongestant

  • Guaifenesin 100 mg – Expectorant

• Key Benefits:

  • Relieves wet (productive) cough

  • Reduces nasal and sinus congestion

  • Loosens and clears mucus from the chest

  • Alleviates allergy-related symptoms such as sneezing and runny nose

• Dosage:

  • Adults and children over 12 years: 10 ml every 4–6 hours

  • Children 6–12 years: 5 ml every 4–6 hours

  • Children 2–5 years: 2.5 ml every 4–6 hours

  • Under 2 years: Use only under medical supervision
    Do not exceed 4 doses in 24 hours.

• Precautions:

  • May cause drowsiness; avoid driving or operating machinery

  • Use with caution in patients with high blood pressure, glaucoma, or thyroid disorders

  • Not recommended for use with MAO inhibitors
