NOVONORM 1 mg Tablets – 30 Tablets Active Ingredient: Repaglinide 1 mg Therapeutic Class: Oral Antidiabetic – MeglitinideDescription: NOVONORM contains repaglinide, a meglitinide class oral antidiabetic that stimulates rapid insulin secretion from pancreatic beta cells. It helps control blood glucose levels in adults with type 2 diabetes, especially to reduce post-meal blood sugar spikes.Indications: Treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults when diet and exercise alone are insufficient. Can be used alone or with metformin. Dosage: Usually taken before meals, 0.5 to 4 mg daily divided into 2-4 doses. Dose adjusted based on blood glucose monitoring.
