Panadol Cold & Flu All in One (Orange) is a comprehensive over-the-counter medication specifically formulated to relieve multiple cold and flu symptoms, including chest congestion, nasal congestion, sore throat, cough, body aches, and fever. Each tablet combines three active ingredients—Paracetamol, Guaifenesin, and Phenylephrine Hydrochloride—to deliver fast, effective relief. Paracetamol (250 mg): Reduces fever and alleviates mild to moderate pain. Guaifenesin (100 mg): Acts as an expectorant to help clear mucus and phlegm from the chest. Phenylephrine Hydrochloride (5 mg): A nasal decongestant that helps ease breathing by reducing nasal swelling. Indications: Relief of symptoms associated with colds and flu, such as headache, sore throat, nasal congestion, chesty cough, fever, and body pain.Dosage: Adults and children aged 12 and over: Take 2 tablets every 4–6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours. Not suitable for children under 12. Caution: Do not use with other medications containing paracetamol or decongestants.
